Shareholder Meeting

Pursuant to the Act on Investment Trusts and Investment Corporations, certain Ichigo Office matters, such as changes to the Articles of Incorporation and the appointment and dismissal of Executive Directors and Supervisory Directors, are decided by Ichigo Office shareholders at shareholder meetings. Ichigo Office's shareholder meetings are held every two years.
